Workout Quest
How the Game Works
- The workout guide is now "Workout Quest," with exercises framed as quest tasks.
- XP System:
- Each exercise completed earns 10 XP.
- Completing all exercises for a day earns a bonus 20 XP.
- XP accumulates toward leveling up, with the XP requirement increasing by 20% per level.
- Level Progression: When XP reaches the threshold (e.g., 100 for Level 2), the player levels up, and an alert congratulates them.
- Progress Bar: A visual bar shows XP progress toward the next level.
- Badges: Earn badges for milestones, such as:
- "First Step" for earning 10 XP.
- "Week Warrior" for a 7-day streak.
- "Plank Master" for completing the plank exercise on Monday.
- Persistence: Player progress (level, XP, badges, streak) is saved using localStorage.
- Existing Features: The day selector, checkboxes, timer, and progress tracker remain, with terminology updated to fit the quest theme (e.g., "Quest Progress").
